“C’mon girls, move it faster! We need to get this show done!” Alexa’s been checking on how everybody was moving preparing the show.
“We’re doing everything at our own pace! Chill out!”

So everybody is on this, we’re 4 girls – probably you could see that, wouldn’t you? – Alexa is a fashion designer, she wanted to be one since childhood and now her dreams come true; Emm and I have been best friends with her since we can’t remember and we have set off this journey together – me being a make-up artist and Emm a model, the most precious one here and one of the hottest alive. Later in life we’ve met Aileen who is a kick ass photographer. The brand’s name has Alexa’s name and that is `Alexa Williams`. After so much hard work and sweat, together we’ve managed to start becoming known among the best. Now we have to keep on doing that.

To do that, we’ve been preparing for the Spring-Summer collection for a few months now and we’ve been really stressed out from work. Working 12 hours per day in the same environment for two months can get you out of your mind so we’re trying to stay focused without that happening.
“How many models are we going to have?” I asked.
“Well, I was thinking at about 50 or something?”
“50 models?! FUCK!”
“What’s wrong? You’ve worked with that many before!”
“Yes, but it’s not the same thing after working almost non-stop, creating I don’t know what crap and…*looks around for a way to escape*”
“If you didn’t like doing that then why did you join us for this job after all?”
“I’m not saying I don’t like it! I just can’t work everyday, for Christ’s sake! I have my own life to live, you know?”
“You should think that we all have and this is nothing too simple, but we have to put up with it 2 times a year!!”
“Girls stop!! Let’s not argue, ok? This stress is clearly affecting you so… go and do some yoga or whatever you do!” Emm came between us.
“We have something here, if you’re kind enough to come.*appears from behind a curtain and calls us*”
“What is it?”
“We’re done with the lightings. Watch this.*raises one hand*” The light were turned on and from of the stage a big, sparkly, grey rock that looked like lots of diamonds put together and some round spots lighted up along the stage. It looked amazing.
“Oh gosh, this is exactly what I wanted! Beautiful! Now go back to work!” Alexa laughed.
“My God, Alexa!”
“What? You know very well that if you want your career to take off we need this show fixed at its tiniest detail!”
“You know very well we don’t want to go somewhere else to do this!” I cried out.
“But what if?”
“God! Before I started working with you I thought that workaholic people didn’t even exist! Now I have the worst climbing all over my ass!”
“Be careful with your language young lady! I’m still in charge and you’re still working for me. I can change that every minute!”
“Right!” I rolled my eyes and went on doing whatever I was doing. Next thing I remember is that Emm calls me on the stage.
“What’s it?” I asked and Ily jumped on me.
“Ok, don’t look now, but at your right is that hot lad I’m drooling for named Dougie. *stomps feet in excitement* I told you not to look!!! He saw you now and he’ll think that we’re a bunch of fans that will fall at their feet.”
“Aren’t we?”
“Uhm… well, I guess so! *flashes the biggest grin* But we don’t want them to know that!”
“If you say so… *waves at them with a stupid grin* Ok, they’ve seen me. Let’s run away!”
“What are they here for, anyway?” asks Emm. “I don’t remember inviting anyone over.”
“How can I help you?” Alexa goes towards them.
“Are you Alexa Williams?” Tom asked.
“Cool, you look better than on TV! *big grin*” Danny said.
“I’ll take that as a compliment.” She continued trying to look very business-like. “After all, what can I do for you?”
“Straight to the point, we want to shoot a video for one of our songs on the new album and we were wondering if Emm Thompson would like to star in it.”
“Well, why don’t you talk with her? Emm come over here for a moment, will you? *makes gesture to come*”
“What’s up?”
“I think you know who they are.”
“McFly, of course *big smile*. What is it?”
“We were thinking if you’d like to star in one of our videos.”
“Uhm… Well… I don’t know.”
“Pleaaaaaaaase!! We really want you in it! Pleaaaaase!!!”
“Don’t worry. You’ll be paid and all stuff…” they continued persuading her.
“Money is not a problem, really, but when?”
“We were thinking about next week.”
“Well, not well. We’re having a show in LA.” Alexa said.
“Then in two weeks. Whenever you want and you have time.”
“Wait two minutes please. I gotta check my schedule.” She said and ran backstage. “They want me in a vid!!!! *screams* Oh my God! Can you believe it? *another scream*”
“What was that?! Is she ok?” Harry asked hearing the screams.
“Don’t worry; she does that all the time.” Alexa lied.
“They what?!” Ily and I asked at a time.
“Yes! Yes! Gosh, where’s my agenda?? Who took it?” Emm looked through all the drawers and bags leaving a mess behind her.
“Uhm, Emm?”
“Have you seen my agenda?!” she asked desperate.
“Err… it’s in your hand.”
“What? Where?”
“Here!” Ily raised Emm’s hand in front of her eyes.
“Ops, soz! I’m so clumsy! *blush* so, bla bla bla bla, I’m in two weeks. Crap…”
“What?”
“Well, I want this video quicker…it’s the only way I get to stay more with Harry.”
“We should have thought at that!” I exchanged a glance with Ily and before we knew it, Emm disappeared. “Let’s go and drool, shall we?”
“After you!” we laughed.
“So according to my agenda, I’m free all the week after.”
“Cool, so we’ll get to…” Dougie started but never finished when Ily escaped a scream of laughter. We were hiding – at least we were trying – in a far right corner in the dark so that they couldn’t notice us, but when I said something which was not meant to be funny, but whatever, Ily started laughing like crazy until I put my hand on her mouth. “Hello? Have we met?” he shouted at us.
“I guess we didn’t have the pleasure.” I said going there and introducing myself. Ily was right behind me and she turned a bright red when she came a few inched away from them.

“Erm, do you know our new album?”
“Certainly!”
“Well, we’re talking about ‘Falling in Love’.”
“Oh cool! I love that song! *jumps in excitement* I can’t wait to do this.”
“Can we come and assist?” I asked curious.
“Well, sure, no problem.”
“Thanks! *wink*”
“Ok girls, enough with the chit-chat! We have a show to prepare!” Alexa interrupted, putting us back to work. “Guys, I’m afraid we’ll talk about this…”
“Hey, hey! Hold it. Would you like to grab a bite or go and have a drink something later?” Harry asked her.
“You’re asking me? You’ve got the wrong person, dude *makes a slight sign towards Emm*!”
“Uhm, I mean all you 4.” He continued blushing.
“Well, sure. Why not? When do you suggest?”
“Maybe we can go to a club.”
“Ok…What do you have in mind?”
“Bungalow 8?”
“Cool, ok then. 8 o’clock?”
“Works fine.”
“Awesome. Then see you at 8 o’clock at Bungalow 8. Gimme you phone number just in case.”
“Write it down. It’s 0152 843 548.”
“Thanks. See you!”
“Byee!!”
“Giiiiiirlss!!!!!!!!!!!”
“Don’t tell me, I just won’t hear!”
“Yes, we’re going clubbing!”
“I told you not to! *faints*”
“You can’t even fool us with that.”
“Whatever…” I got up from the floor and joined them again.
“So we have to get ready. Shall we pay a visit to out small wardrobe?”
“Small? You must be kidding me! That ‘wardrobe’ could easily be a 3-store house!”
“Doesn’t matter. Let’s see what we can have.”
We quickly chose some glamorous outfits for clubbing, some Choo’s, Louboutin’s and bags. An hour and a half before 8 o’clock we started getting ready. After we got dressed, I handled their make-up and their hair. When we have finally finished – that is at 15 to 8 – we jumped in Alexa’s Porsche Cayenne and sped to the club. Luckily, the roads weren’t jammed so we arrived quickly.
“Hey, I know. We should be careful tonight!”
“What? Why?”
“What if they’ll get us drank and screw us?”
“Alright! Bring in the booze!” They hifived.
“Look, here they come. Hi guys!”
“Woohooow!! You look stunning!”
“Let’s go in. It’s getting chilly.”
“Round one on me!” shouted Danny and asked each one of us what we’d like to drink. To start with something hard, we all said Bloody Maries.
“Wow, gorgeous and nuts!” Harry cooed. “What more ‘vices’ do you have?”
“You don’t know anything about us!” Ily winked.
“Oh look! Isn’t that George?”
“George who?” we asked scoping the room.
“You know… George.” Emm raised her eyebrows.
“Oooooh yessss. Thaaat George!”
“I’ll go check up on him.” She winked and went to him. Apparently he didn’t recognize her at first, but then it stroke him. They talked for like 5 minutes then she came back. “He’s still a looser and a moron! Yuch!”
“What did he say?”
“He still thinks he’s the best. I told him that I heard that he’s now living on his girlfriend’s money because he went into bankruptcy with his business and he goes like `Whaaat? That’s so not true! Actually, I have so much money that I can open 3 new businesses. And I’m not living on my girlfriend’s money; she’s the one living on mine!` then I told him that I don’t believe him, he told me to go to hell so that’s it.”
“What an asshole! Hasn’t changed one bit!”
“Whatever…there’s Danny coming with the drinks.”
“Ok everyone. The Bloody Maries for the girls and our beers. Cheers!”
“So, Tom, tell us more about this video you wanna shoot.”
“I’m not shooting it. We have someone doing that.”
“Right. I knew that! *rolls eyes* I mean the scenario, something.”
“Got no idea. Kevin, the producer, does. We just had to convince Emm to star in it and then we’ll find out everything else about it.”
“So you have no idea about the place, the action, nothing?”
“We know the name!”
“Great! I’m glad that you know at least that thing *rolls eyes*!”
Two hours later, the atmosphere got more relaxed as the drinks gathered on our table. We weren’t that drunk because we decided to stop at one point. We had barrels of monkeys and were feeling very good.
“I need a good zizz. Can we go home? Pleaase?” I asked zigzagging my way to the bathroom.
“Alright. We’ll leave. I’m exhausted too.”

***2 weeks later***
After our shows in London and LA were as successful as they could be, we returned in London for the video shoot. Since the night we went to the club, we’ve kept in touch with the guys and spoke often.
On the day with the video we were all in New York at the specified location.
“Hey, nice to see you again!” we greeted the boys when we’ve found them slumped on some couches.
“Hii! I didn’t know you were here!”
“Well…back from Cali.”
“Maybe you should have stayed there *big grin*!”
“Why? There’s no video?”
“Yes there is. But the song says: … ” Tom started but didn’t have the chance to finish.
“`Wishin’ I could be in California`, right. You don’t plan to send us back there, don’t you?”
“Well…no *grin*. So, did you have fun there? How was the show?”
“It was excellent. Look what we got!” I grabbed Alexa’s hand and stretched it in front of the boys. She got something delicate on her wrist. I got a rather big tattoo down my back, Emm got a star on her neck so that it can be seen when she has a pony-tail and Ily got a lotus flower on her lower-back. “And all of them mean the friendship between us, isn’t that cool?”
“Uhm, of course! We got similar ones too.” Dougie grinned and just when he wanted to say something else a guy came through the front door.
“Girls, this is Chris. He’s the producer for this work of art.” Danny introduced us.
“Has he produces `Lies` and `Do Ya` too?” Emm whispered in Alexa’s ear.
“Dunno. Why?”
“He’d deserve a kick in the balls *wink*, really! Have you worked before with the guys?” she asked louder.
“Yes. On `Star Girl` and… Tranny I think.”
“Oh, cool! Great job! *claps* After all he can keep his balls, I love those *grin*.”
“You’re crazy.”
“Does everyone know the script?”
“Uhm, no *shakes head*. None of us 4 does.” Emm grinned.
“Oh gosh. Ok then you’re not finding out now cause we got a video to shoot. Make Up *screams*!!” and an army of people came through the door and started applying make up on Emm and the 4 lads.
“What’s his problem? Is he gay?!” Ily asked.
“Maybe he’s got something stuck in his ass.”
“We should help him.”
“NO WAY!!!”

To keep it short everything went on this way: after Emm went out from make up, she was taken in a hotel room where the first part of the video was going to be shot. She was playing a secretary, which is quite a boring job but that is the idea. And it goes just like this: there is she waking up at the awful sound of the beeping alarm clock, and then she’s shown exiting her block of flats and walking to her job. After a few seconds when she’s shown getting bored at work, she grabs the plane ticket from her desk, takes her coat and leaves the building. On top of a building, there’s the band playing the song and when she walks past that building Danny points at her and they all watch her going fast towards the airport. Then she’s shown in a plane flying to Cali, looking excited out of the window, waiting forward to a little holiday. When she disembarks from the plane, she looks around, confused, at all the people there, gathered to meet their loved ones. Just when she walks past the mass of people she sees a guy standing there with a little board where it’s written `LOVE`. She looks attentive and actually sees that it’s the person she’s came for. She leaves her suitcase and runs to him hugging him tightly. They get in a taxi and are taken to a deserted beach. There, again, the band is on some cliffs above them and are watching quizzing because the guy looks like the band-mate that ran away earlier. Of course that until the end they spend some time on the beach and so, the last shot is at dusk.
“Guys, that is a wrap!” Kevin said and everyone started clapping.
“Thanks a lot for accepting our proposal.”
“It was my pleasure. We had a lot of fun, anyway *smile*, didn’t we?”
“Sure we did *wink*. Maybe we’ll need you for another shoot.”
“Yeeees! I’ll come right away *big grin*!”
“Let’s have a group photooo!!” Ily screamed and handed the camera to a confused cameraman. “Say cheeeeeeeeeeese!! *blitz*”
“Yaaay, photos! Lemme see that!” I jumped on her and stole her camera.
“Don’t mind them *rolls eyes*. So, I have a question. Do you have anything planned for Christmas and New Year?”
“Hmm, I don’t.” Danny said quickly.
“Me neither.”
“I do! I’m going to sleep aaaall day long!” Dougie said sighing.
“It’s Christmas, you can’t be so bitchy to sleep all day!”
“*sticks tongue out* Wait to see.”
“So he’s got nothing to do either. Nor do I. Why do you ask?”
“We’re going to Aspen. I own a house there and we’re spending holidays there. What do you say? Will you join?”
“Aspen?! Are you serious?!”
“As much as I can be.”
“I thought only ridiculously wealthy people had houses there!” Dougie cooed.
“Shut up, Poynter!” Harry kicked Dougie in his foot.
“Ok, I will pretend you hadn’t said what you said. So, what do you say?”
“Is there snow?” Danny asked looking like a child.
“Plenty. It’s one meter tall in some places.”
“Aweeesooome!! I’m coming!”
“Cool. What about you?”
“Sure, count on us.”
“Hurray! We’ll be leaving with a private jet on the 23rd. We’ll talk before that, don’t worry *wink*. Be sure you pack warm clothes.”
“Shorts and t-shirts?” Danny said innocently.
“If you think that’s enough, sure. But I’m not playing doctor with you.”
“It’s ok if you’re a nurse! With a mini skirt maybe *batts eyelashes*!”
“Ha, you Mr. Daniel Jones, you’re so funny that I forgot to laugh. I’m not going to wear anything that has to do with the word ‘mini-something’.”
“Ooooh….*pretends he’s crying* Then why am I coming?”
“Because there’s snow *smug* and to spend time with us?”
“Right. Ok, then. I’m coming. But pack something ‘mini’, pleaaaaaaase!! For me!”
“No.”

***3 weeks later in Aspen, on Christmas Day***

“I’d like to purpose a toast.” Emm stood up. “Thank you, guys, for the video shoot. I saw the video on tv and I couldn’t be more happier. Then, I’d like to thank Alexa for taking us here, again, now with some new guests. And for everything else good that happened during this year: MERRY CHRISTMAS!!”
“Merry Christmas and Happy New Yeaaaar!” we all screamed at once and Tom opened that champagne bottle, splashing everywhere then pouring into our glasses.
“Tooom! Look what you did! Tasty champagne all over the walls!” Alexa cried.
“He should have splashed it all over you. In that case you’d get undressed.” Danny whispered in her ear.
“I tell you once more, Mr. Jones: You’re one hell of a pervert bastard!”
“Yeah, yeah, whatever…Did you see that nurse-costume I got you for Christmas? *smug*?”
